“Phyllis and I wanted to write to you and thank you for the great job you did for us. As you know, we live in North Carolina and for the last few years have just spent the summers at our condo in Carlsbad. On a lark, we made an entry on Zillow for the “make me move” price (which shows up as a “for sale by owner”) and received about 80 calls from Realtors trying to list our condo! Of all of them, Javier, you were the only one who kept in contact with us until we came back out to Carlsbad. You were “persistent but not annoying”! When we met with you, we were impressed with your “client orientation” and professionalism. We really weren’t interested in listing the property unless we could get our price. You did a “comparable” study and told us it probably would be difficult, but agreed it was worth a try!
We listed in late June and received an offer in late August and it closed on October 2!! Since we left to return to North Carolina before the offer was accepted, you ended up coordinating the mechanical inspection, the termite inspection, etc. We really appreciated that, since the only alternative would have been to return from NC! Most importantly, we enjoyed meeting you and getting to know you. We have bought and sold 7 homes over our lives and we consider you to be the best realtors we have dealt with!
